Hello all,

Just a quick intro. I'm new to the site, I'm a Poco member, shoot IPSC and enjoy collecting a variety of toys that go bang.

I look forwards to meeting you all in the forums.

Poco..eh. Poor guy. How's the wait for a bench these days?

I try and avoid 7 on account of the daycarders with tha' bling bling. If I must shoot long, I wake up early and get there for 9am.

I'm considering Mission, on account of the cardlock and ability to shoot in the eve's if you want. Not much opportunity to be shooting during the mid-week hours that Poco runs.

Hi

Hi

I'm also a member at POCO and DVC, probably seen you up there. I try for early weekday mornings ... avoiding the chaos.

I just go to Stave Lake every week, sometimes a few times a week.

If you hear a lot of gunfire in clearcuts it's probably me lol.

I wanna see how many rounds that Griz 870 will shoot before it goes wrong hehe.

The amount I fire people at poco start to get annoyed. Seems not everyone likes slugs.

I hear yah. I took my 870 to range 7 one day, and let some friends shoot it. I thought it would be cool to see how they reacted to 3" magnum, heavy-load slugs.

The line was packed, every bench was full. The first blast from that gun and EVERYONE on the line stopped, looked over and stared. The range went from full on loud to pin-drop quiet in a nan-second.

I really don't know if it was the huge load report, OR the 4' fireball that blasted out the barrel. Regardless, it sure got everyone's attention!
