The Shooting Edge - Monday Nights

Just wondering who goes to the Shooting Edge on Monday nights, I am interested in coming along and meeting people before I take the Black Badge course.

There is half a dozen members on here that attend. I'll be there on the 17th.

You may want to come in on Wed nights as well to see the DPL league... a lot of the same guys do both IPSC and DPL.

People usually show up around 6:30 to help set up and then starts around 7~

There may not be any ipsc guys this Mon night as there is a match in Edn Sun.

I am there if I am home....was there last Monday, 4 of us, good night....I got to try "shooting while moving"...holy crap is that a hard thing to get a handle on!

I usually try to show up early to practice stationary a bit first. I go to the range a fair bit anyways(I do contract work, so when I am home for a month I am home for a month), if you have some time off during the week I am open to going down for a meet / practice.

If I am not with my wife in the hospital this coming Monday (possible baby arrival), I will be there if you want to go shoot it up a bit. Drop me a PM if you are itnerested.

My teenage boys have seen you in a mini skirt and want to know if you'll babysit them.

We set up a few courses of fire and practise shooting them. You have to be black badge certified to participate. Cost is $5 if you are a TSE member.

Come out to Wednesday nights DPL. They are more suited to a practical use rather than run n' gun.

Thanks, and I'll run that by the misses...see if she'll go for it. It is hard to find a sitter when you tell them you are just going out to practice shooting handguns, and that they better not #### with you kids while you are out. lol
