How about .50 AE. should give almost .45-70 ballistics, still fits a .44 bolt face, and can use Desert Eagle mags.

How about the M200 from Armscor in the Phillipines?

These get decent reviews and retail for $170 USD. I'm sure they could be made with a 4mm longer barrel to make them restricted.

Their 1911 line would also be a fine addition to the Canadian market (Amrscor makes the STI Spartan).

We've been talking about this gun off-and-on for a couple of years.

For a reloader and especially a wildcatter the 7.62x54 offers some interesting possibilities.

Losing the 4" revolver was a unfair tragedy for Canadians.
It's even sadder that none of the companies i.e. Taurus/S+W have come out with a legal 4" to replace them. Hopefully Norinco or Armscor can help those of us who don't have prohibs.

Looked around Norinco's site, I'll take just about any of it at the right price. As much I don't need another 5.56 gun, the folding stock rifle would be nice.

CanAm so will there be a non restricted version of the JS 9mm? We would like clarification on why they would have to re-engineer the bolt timing as most other guns like the Beretta cx4 storm and Ruger PC9 can have their barrels replaced with longer ones with no other modifications.

I think most people are confused because the JS photos always have the suppressor attached. This is what it looks like without the suppressor (I'm guessing) or it may have the flat top but you get the idea.,

If that's the case the barrel is probably at best 10 inches. Adding another 8 inches would certainly cause some design issues.
