Are there any HK Mark23 owners in the GTA? Where'd you get yours? Any photos?

Please PM me if you have one and can help me settle a bet.

Thx,

Skeetgunner.

DA/SA, I believe that Wolverine would be the best bet?

I've owned one..there are a few floating around.
A few guys on the Peel Regional ERT use/used them.
What separates them from a regular USP:
- they are f**king huge. This is a fact and not an opinion.
- the decocker is separate, and a PITA to use.
- the safety is quite a bit smaller than the regular USP
- they are a gun in search of a purpose...I can understand why their actual use in SOCOM was very limited...just too big and awkward, without doing anything better than a lot of other choices....'tuned' 1911's, Glock21/22,etc.
I sold mine after the novelty wore off...sort of like Desert Eagles....

There was one posted not long ago on the BRRC bulletin board. Probably a bunch more than the $750 asking price of the used M&P45, also posted.

Very accurate, cool black pistol....so SOCOM, I love it. $2,000.00+ NIB is a little high, sold it after a year, but if I had lots of disposable income, I'd have one for sure...mainly for the same reason I own a Benelli M4 Super 90...it's the best.

I like large pistols but I couldn't help but laugh the first time I saw a Mk.23 in person. It really is quite large, an "offensive pistol".

you must be of a diminutive stature:rolleyes::p

Anyway love mine, check out Wild West in West Edmonton mall, got her for under 2 g, shipping and taxes included.

Mark 23

Just bought one about 2 months ago or so and finally took it to the range last weekend (and again today). This thing is my new favorite gun, it is a dream to shoot, Yeah it's big, but so am I ... it just fits!
I'm in the 9's and 10's easily with my crappy reloads. I'm currently trying a different recipe. This is a MUST BUY gun!

All the best.

Yup. Its a nice gun to shoot. My 5'7" wife also finds it easy to shoot. I'm 6'7" and find it fits just right.:D

Those are several of the original development suppressors. The top left one has the recoil booster springs on the outside of the tube. The bottom left is the final production version. Reportedly they spent in excess of $750,000 developing that silencer.

There was a guy with the whole SOCOM setup at the silencer shoot I went to back in June. Very spendy.

It is a large pistol, about the exact same size as my Desert Eagle in fact. It has much smaller grips though and is quite light. It is a very accurate handgun and fun to shoot. What's not to love other than the price.
