I recently picked up an M10-B1 Sporter in 7.62x51 and had a chance to take it out and run some tests on it. The M-14 style mags work and feed perfectly, the bolt head is similar to the Enfield but has an extractor similar to a Winchester 70 push feed and a plunger system like a Remington 700. The front sight is windage and elevation adjustable and looks nearly identical to the No4Mk1 front sight protector. The front sight is dovetailed to allow for windage with set screws incorporated into the design. The chrome lined barrel is easy to clean and is shiny as glass. After running the function tests and getting it on paper,I decided to see how it would do with some handloaded ammo. The 180 grain Nosler Partition's shot a 3/4 group at 100 yards,Winchester Power Point's shot into 3/4 inch and the 165 Hornady showed a nice 1/2 inch group on the same target.
The fit and finish is perfect and the nice Teak stocks look really nice too, anyone who wants one will have to pay a good $$$$ for one, but the accuracy will make you forget the price tag.
