Arms East...what can I say.

I spoke with you re: a parts kit, but sent emails later on for barrels and charging handles, a few other odds and ends such as a buffer tube kit. It's no big deal, I realize dealers are extremely busy with all that is gong on in the political world. I'm not saying I'll never buy from you guys, in fact I have been debating getting a A2 flash hider, and maybe one day if stock ever comes to Canada again, a 10.5 inch barrel for my AR, or a 9mm upper. I better start working more overtime :)

I'm glad you got your parts in the end.

You won't be waiting too long to see at least one of the parts you're thinking of come available.... ;)
 
Walter, you are guilty with spending lots of time on a single call. I am partially to blame for this;). But because of him taking the time to help me understand this new found hobby, I have spent good money there and left feeling good about what I have learned and bought. I am sure something like a receptionist would be a great idea but I have to say dealing there is worth the wait and if I wasn't in ontario I would come help out myself:D
seriously though,
I am sure we have all had a experiance where we call someone and they rush through the call and give us a half assed answer. this seems to happen at large number of gunshops and I don't know why. Maybee it is because some people think we should know everything and talk down to us because we are unsure of something we were never taught. What Walter does makes him different than the other guys IMO anyways.

Walt is one of the best as far as I'm concerned. He took the right amount of time to deal with me and I got the gun I always wanted. I will buy from him again and again!
 
I just called Walter and ordered a LPK - he was the most professional, polite person I have ever encountered! Excellent service and even said he would get my order out today. Honestly, he is a huge asset to the Canadian Firearms scene - what a great guy to deal with.
 
Sent an order last summer but didn't get an answer... so soon after when i got my Rem 700P I kinda reported the project of an AR15.

I still crave for an AR15 but wasn't sure who to deal with.
This thread read, I now feel confident to deal with 'em again.
I'm looking forward to it.
