Greetings,

Kinda new here yet I hail from ASC where I've been an active member for almost 4 years. I just passed my PAL & Restricted tests today so now it's a waiting game for all the paperwork to go through and such. So now just looking around for my first firearm and leaning towards an M14 varient as I've always really had an affection for that rifle.

And just a bit about myself I'm 23 (24 in a couple weeks) and work in downtown Toronto in private investigations for a division of the city. Also will be going back to school for Emergency Management focusing on response to terrorisim early next year.

This will probably be my only post for a while seeing I'm reading up on everything I can before I make my first firearm purchase. That and I know how forums get when newbs ask the same questions over and over again. But I look forward to contributing as much as I can here.

Yeah it's a problem I'm working on, i tend to use slang quite a bit seeing it's part of the job i guess you can say.

But thank you for all the warm welcomes, it is much appreciated.
