Swiss Arms Acog Mount???

Hi,
I need some help from you Swiss Arms Experts!! I'm buying an ACOG TA01 and I want to know if the TA13 mount will fit a Swiss Arms Classic Green. Is it compatible. It's listed for the Sig 550. I called Trijicon and they didn't know and couldn't direct me where to find out. I know both rifles are similar but I don't want to roll the dice. This looks like the way to go if it will work rather than buy the TA51 mount plus a picatinny rail?? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike,

I opted for the Picatinny raid and my Acog has the TA51 mount. Like that I figured I'll be more flexible to change the optics

That is a good point. I gues I would be putting all my eggs in one basket. I don't think I will be changing optics for a while but you never know?? Now you got me thinking maybe the TA51 is the way to go?

Thanks for all your help. I will keep KPA in mind. I just spoke to a friend of mine who has a spare picatinny rail and TA51 mount. He said I can borrow it for a while. Hopefully for a few months while I gather some funds and keep checking the EE forum. Thanks Bigrn for your response. I knew the answers would be out there. Hopefully I'll be shooting it in a week.
