remington R15

has anyone tryed one of the remington R15? and does anyone know if they are restricted? I am thinking of getting one for coyote season

They are a restricted AR variant. No coyote shooting with one, unless one happens to run across your range.

Unless you have your entire property declared as a restricted approved range, it's illegal. Still happens by people who choose to ignore the law.

You are probably right. The only case I know of is a guy east of Calgary who has an indoor range, so I guess he is good either way.
