Same problem here, just created the account, I can see everything except classifieds. If permissions are granted automatically to everything else, would expect the same thing for classifieds as well.

There are several areas you have to ask for permission to get into, keeps the riffraff down, which is a good thing. Just be patient and it will happen.

Yes, I agree. I'm a new member as well but that has nothing to do with how this site is set up. Which IMO isn't very good. I'm interested in hunting and rifles. I was hoping this site would allow me access to other rifle owners who may be interested in selling, etc.

Request permission and wait. We had a rough time with scam artists and the like on there so things have been tightened up to help everyone.

I applied 1 week ago and nothing. Is there a special thing required to hve access, like a specific # of post or being a member for a specific # of time. I would really like to have access to this section.

You have to buy a friggin T shirt!!! I'm gettin the feeling this site is a front for selling Stuff, not guns their stuff tee shirts and stickers. They figure you've spent all this time getting registered, so you'll just cough up the $ to go a bit further to get what you registered for! This is bull####. IMO

Lol did you not read a few posts up. There is a procedure to joining the equipment exchange and there is no purchase necessary. Just follow the rules and instructions.

IF you don't want to take the time to registered correctly, it may also mean you won't give a damn following the EE rules... just saying
