338 Lapua - best powder?

Seems to be working good in my ATR .338LAI. 110.5gr with the 300gr SMK yields me .557 groups at 300m consistantly..... Members on this board can confirm this.....

Brad, I will be the first to break. He paid me to agree...haha. No, all the rifles shoot. Glock shot close to a 3.5 inch group on steel at 1000. We know cause there were a bunch of holes straight through. At 600, he did an inch and half 4 shot group if I recall correctly, And I am sure someone will.

U got one of these units yet???? Seems all of them use more/less the same loads and shoot consistantly well......I took a buddy out, hes never shot long distance.... I had a jug of winshield wiper fluid set out at 750m.......Shooting prone, 1 shot he tagged it...... Hes a believer now.....

What to build next......That is the question.....

at my familys farm, ne of edmonton..... have set up and been able to shoot over a mile..... And what to build next??? A liteweight 260AI hs precision bottom metal, jewel trigger, mike rock 5r bbl, mcmillan ultralite stock..... nesika K action.... built by ATRS...... ahhh lookout sheep.....Here I come!!!!!

H1000 was the best out of the stock rem 700 with a 250 SMK as far as velocity goes for me.

The three Sako TRGS's that iIworked up loads for all worked best with H1000
with bullets from 185 to 250.

I used to use IMR7828 over 250 Sierra SBT, but there are many more choices out there.
