More pics please including the left side of the receiver, the sights, bottom of the trigger guard forward of the magazine etc.. You can blank out the s/n using Windows Paint, that's what I do.

Nice grab...free??? You've gotta like that.

Nice! I paid $425 for one in not quite so nice condition about three years ago. I love it - If and when I get into hunting, it will be my deer gun. Federal 150grSP WILL land within 1/4" of my point of aim with the first shot out of a clean cold barrel at 100m. Really nice handling little carbines!

No, if it was American made it would need a telescope to hit anything!

;)

Essential Agencies Limited was in, or right outside of, Toronto... Back before that city became the stinking arsehole of misguided Liberal thought police that it is today (No offence intended to any of "us" who happen to be trapped behind enemy lines!)

It is difficult to be subtle on the Internet. I was trying to make a joke related to how claims of accuracy seem to come from Savage owners. So therefore, an accurate LE must be Savage made....

I have no idea how the various makes of LE compare for accuracy.

What rear sight arrangment does it have. I can't really tell from pic. Have had a few EAL's in the past. Nifty little rifles.
Geoff

It certainly looks like the civilian EAL configuration, with the 200/400 overstamped over the 300/600 on the standard Mk II flip sight. Although, I'd like to see more pics of it.:)
