I am not sure, buddy didn't say. the wolf and the deer not only got into the plant, some how they got into the prill sulfur where it is being re-melting. They built a ramp onto the sulfur block next the prill, the deer and the wolf went up to the block and they chased the wolf out of the plant. Called F&G, they came and dispatched the deer.
 
That's a really perfect wolf track in the sulphur, you could almost get it as a cast. Anyone wanting to distinguish a wolf track should study it. Besides the great difference in size, a coyote track tends to be narrower and longer, while the wolf is shorter and broad.
You can also see considerable weight was on the foot. I think the Central Alberta wolves are the same sub specie as the ones of central BC. Five males from Quesnel (central BC) were once officially recorded and the average weight was 99 pounds. The largest was something like a 114 pounds.
