What rings for a NEF H&R Ultra handirifle

What height of rings are required to mount a bushnell banner 4-12 40mm scope on an H&R Ultra hunter rifle? I assume I need high or ultra high rings to clear to hammer and extension.

I plan to order this so I want to order rings ONCE not "it might fit" Gut feeling is to go with extra high rings.

I have med height rings on my Ultra .270 with a Bushnell 3200 4x10x40, the rifle comes with the weaver mount. Don't remember the brand of the rings, would need to check.
