Are you de-priming when you re-size? I found with my .223 dies that I need to have the de-primer thingy in there because when I pull back down it opens the case mouth enough that I can balance a bullet enough to seat.

Yes,, problem is that the expander is resizing to the exact .223 spec, and the bullet is the same diameter.

I tried resizing after campfering..The bevel was still in the mouth but it again wouldn't accept the round..Maybe I didn't do it enough.
