I just purchased a Dominion Arms Backpacker Single Barrel Shotgun from Can Ammo ( My very first Shotgun).

The specs are as follows:

- 12 Gauge
- Single 14" Barrel ( Cylinder Bore)
- Accepts 3"

Picked up a box of Remington Magnum Buckshot:

- 12 Gauge
- 3" Length
- 10 Pellet
- 000BK

Will these blow my balls off with such a short barrel or will I be okay as long as I hold on or should I not be using these period with this Shotgun.

Thanks.

Might blow your ears off but your balls should be fine.....unless you hold the butt in your crotch that is.

I like the look of the single - don't get me wrong the double is pretty sweet as well, I just didn't have the cash right now. Yes, you are correct about delivery - supposed to be sometime Jan 09 ( Can Amm) . When I said purchased - I mean pre-ordered. :)

Seriously, can you take a bunch of photos? I'd love to see how these are put together / finished, and what your opinion of the beast is. I do realize that you state this is your first shotgun, so may not have a wealth of experience to draw from... But I am sufferring from severe conflict on these wee things!

I want one so bad, yet am so afraid they are "sub optimal" for quality... (Based on three for three negative Norinco experience).

Thanks for any other info / images you can provide!

For sure, I will take some pics and range report for you guys. They aren't scheduled to arrive at Can Amm until January 09 so you may have to wait a bit. I have heard good reviews for the Grizzlies. Are Dominion Arms and Norinco both made in China or the same Company?
