New Simmons AETEC vs ProHunter

Anyone have comments. I'm still on the hunt for some new glass and keep coming back to these two scopes. Probably something like the 4-14x44. I had been looking at the Nikko Stirlings but havnt found much good to be said about them so I'm back at the Simmons again. I had one of their scopes years ago and it was decent I just dont have any idea about the newer ones. I gues the company has been bought and sold a couple times with a few changes in design along the way. It's be going on my sporter barreled .22-250 Savage.

Dude.......if I could afford a $450-$550 scope I wouldnt be asking if a $200 scope was decent or not would I?
