Rockin sled and quad shots

wow, pictures of everything I don;t want to see, hear or be associated with while hunting.

ah, what a wonderful mountain side, oh look, some dickhead with a quad has tore the hell out of it, because his fatass was to lazy to walk.

The nice thing about the recession, is that ####tards like this won't have nearly the disposable income to drive out of the big city and wreck land on the weekends.

WOW another newbie with a big word :jerkit:

and just what exactly does quading and sledding have to do with hunting???

wow, take it easy big man. it was a small attempt at humor. if you can't take a small joke you have issues. I think that a fudd can be anybody and doesn't have to relate specifically to hunting or firearms. and also because hunting was raised by a previous poster I think it could fit. And no, I wasn't being serious, that's what the smiley face was for. Take a deep breath and relax.

And where do you get off calling me a newbie?

.......................Friggen rights. Couldn't have said it better.

I used to be indifferent on the issue until elk hunting in the crowsnest a couple seasons ago. I was glassing above treeline hoping mostly to catch a glimpse of sheep, my buddy told me to follow that sheep trail up the mountain side and take a look at a suspicious dark spot (bush). I asked him if he meant the two track, he said "no ####ing way you can get there on a quad", i leant him my binos and we collectively puked in our mouths as some slob tore up the mountain side on his 4 wheeler. That was the defining moment, when i realised that although they have there purpouse, ATV's are a huge nusaince when used by the knuckleheads who cant differentiate between designated trails, and an opening in the bush that you can ram your rig through.

So it's ok to destroy millions of acres logging, making tar sands, converting how many acres of farmland into high-rises building or vis versa, how many acres of bush into farmland & how many thousands of acres into miles of roads. But a 4' wide trail thru the bush is not just because you don't want to see tracks when you go for a walk

Walk somewhere else ;)

I will not say this is wrong or right. It is just something I have never thought of doing and hope will never do. I too consider them great nuisance. A canoe and a good pair of boots is all you need.

If ####tards quadding recreatioinally, were able to provide food, lumber or oil through their actions, you might have just made a point.

Absolute retards, ruinning quads in off-road use for everyone. Wait until the environmentalists get through with this and our privelege of using quads in the bush could be finished.

you live in ontario. It doesn't suprise me you're unconcerned about these kinds of activities, as you've already destroyed half your provinces wild lands. I don't think you can find a place south of temagami where you can stand for 10mins and not hear a vehicle or machinery of some kind.

out west, we enjoy out nature, and try to keep it that way.

and you bring up logging? how ignorant are you?

I have to admit I am on both sides of the fence. Yes, there are definite retards in the vid as well as on the trail everyday, I don't like them anymore than the next guy. That being said I very much enjoy quadding responsibly with my family and friends, go to many derbies in our area, always take out with me whatever I take in, and respect the land that is not open to ATV use. The total anti-ATV attitude I find totally appalling and is paralled by the anti-gun attitude as well. How can people sit there and be totally anti against a sport that many people enjoy responsibly(marred by some idiots), when here everyday we battle the anti's against our sport that people don't understand or respect, and trust me there are as many retards with guns as there is with quads. I don't condone riding helmetless, drinking while on an ATV, or any other of the disrespectful behaviour that some ATV'ers think is cool but love my other sport just the same. How did this thread wind up in a hunting forum anyways?
