RCBS rockkchuker parts Where?

Hi there bought a nice rockchucker but when it arrived the nut that holds the handle on was not there where is the quickest painless place to get another ?

I have had good success with RCBS by sending them an email. They usually send the part and at no charge.

RCBS has excellent customer service. Sent them an e-mail and they will take care of you.

I don't know where the twilight zone is, but I'd take the handle with me to Home Depot. They will likely have the correct nut. If that failed, my local fastener store, pay their usual $5 minimum and walk out with half a dozen. If you're in Ontario, look for Brafasco. If by chance you're in Edmonton, look for Edmonton Nut and Bolt. The nut on the handle is nothing special.

Trying to get RCBS involved just isn't worth the trouble unless you live in a very small community where you don't have any kind of hardware store.

blacksmithden has a point. RCBS will send you the part, but it'll come by mail. And you may not get through to RCBS until Monday. You might find the right size nut in Crappy Tire too.

Thanks for the info guys, i had went to home depot and princess before i posted, the bolt is a fine thread so not as common. I am in no rush i can wait for the mail. Thanks for all the input.

Do both....

Got to your local store, garage, whatever, and get it going so you can use it.

Then call RCBS let them know. If they send you one, good. If not at least they know they may have a problem with a run of presses...
