Just wondering what anyone can tell me about this gun. It's owned by a family friend who wants to sell it but doesn't have an asking price so I want to make him an offer on it once my PAL comes in. It's a bolt .410 that looks like it can hold 2+1.

Figured this would be something different than the single shot break barrel .410 I used to take out grouse hunting.

I can provide pictures upon request if needed.
 
I do not know much about this make and model, but even though it is a repeater, I would not offer more than you would for a used .410 import break action single. It would depend on condition.
 
bolt action .410's are fantastic little grouse guns for the real thick deactivated logging roads, where most of your chickens are roosted or grounds shot.

can;t offer you a price idea but if it feeds and goes bang, grab it :)
 
It is a Mossberg copy. Very nice little gun and dependable. Would make a nice little trail gun. I believe that it is chambered in 3" mag by the 76 MM marking. Worth about 135.00 as a Mossberg.

Yup, looks very similar to my 410 bolt Moss, even has the finger grooves on the pistol grip.

Do you have different chokes for it, like the Moss has ???


$135 .... hmm...is that all?? What if its in pristine shape??
 
The one I have has the choke on it you can twist to change and no finger grooves.

Make sure it will cycle with 2 in the magazine and one in the chamber. Sometimes mine will eject 2 at a time with that setup, very annoying.

Mine is very light and easy to carry. Although I only use it to control the squirrel population now.
