Parkerizing Solution

Try Cerami-Coat. It's matte black, stays on really well and can be done easily at home. My personal experience is good with it.

And that would be how

you need to learn to use that search function on your comp.:D

Substitute manganese carbonate for the manganese dioxide for a better result.
Buy the phos. acid at a hydroponics suppy shop (ph down)and the manganese carbonate at pottery supply shop.
If you try to buy it from a chemical supply shop it will cost you small fortune.

You can try to use cerakote instead of parkerizing.
To proper parkerize you nead some equipment like an sand blaster and a proper place to use the chemicals. The cerakote is much easier to apply and comes in different colours.
