Very good

They live up their warranty and even more
Last month I got an used scope from the EE the turret caps were pretty busted up all around so I decided to check with Bushnell's website for replacement part, turret caps list for 7.00$ each + S&H

Asked by e-mail what caps I needed since my model is discontinued...
They asked for my adress and shipped them at no charge

I know it's a small gift, but for me, in this kind of society, this is an outstandingly good customer care

Good to hear, hopefully you never have to actually send something in to be repaired, you may find their service less than stellar in that case.

I sent them a screwed up Elite 3200 to look at. 4 months later I recieved a new scope. 4 months is way too long to wait as far as I am concerned.

I have heard many complaints about Bushnell customer service on this forum.

My personal experience, on the contrary, is that they are pretty good.

With the six Bushnell products that I have I only needed service on one scope. I took it back for cleaning after almost 30 years of use. They did it for me over the counter and served me a coffee. 10 minutes later it was all cleaned. I couldn’t be happier. :D :D :D

I purchased a Tasco (Bushnell) .22 scope. About 3 months later at just plinking away at the range the glass just fell off. Since they are local I went in less then 15min later, I had another one in my hands. Got to say not bad. :)

Returned 2 old Tasco's and a Bushnell shot gun scope.Went to the repair facility in Mississauga, walked out with 3 new scopes.Took 10 minutes.
Have went there before and received great service.

They could have said, operator abuse and not sent you anything but your screwed up Elite 3200
That's exactly what they did to me  I sent an older model ScopeChief BDC scope back for repair. Their reponse was sending me a letter accusing me of abuse , told me that this model was discontinued and non-repairable (crosshair came apart) then offered to sell me a new scope at $20 below WSS's listed price  I'll never deal with nor recommend their products to anybody and will take every opportunity to inform unsuspecting consumers of their underhanded warrenty practices

I have always have GREAT service from them. The last time I needed service was a few years back. I sent them a 12yr old Trophy, then sent me back a new Elite 3000. I had the new one in less than a week.

They also replaced old bino's I had, and just 2 yrs ago they replaced a well over 10yr old. spotting scope I sent in for my buddy.

I have no complaints, I had an old top of the line Tasco that needed repair and they sent me a new Tasco Titan instead. I have to say the Titan was one GOOD scope.

Slow service

Bushnell Warranty service is really slooooooow. Like months. Leupold is like days....

gate

the reason service can be slow from Bushnell is the volume of product. If Leupold had lines of scopes in all the price points from $49.00 to $249.00 their service would be equally as slow. FS
