Yes, only this one is a factory 24 barrel. The neat thing is its old and unfired and someone has gone to the trouble of having the barrel threaded for chokes, not Rem choke though as there is a pile of thread. FS

When Remington first brought out the upland special type guns they were fixed modified choke. Later Remington marketed this same gun with choke tubes installed. I think that remington jobed them out as they were not rem chokes. They probably had to salvage a bunch of short mod. barrels. The barrels on these upland guns were marked mod. I too have seen one of these unfired and in the factory box. The owner claimed that he bought it new that way.
