Just like it says, I replaced the folder on my 18.5 Grizzly mag. I picked up a wooden stock up off the EE (thanks ConstableX) stripped it and refinished with Tru Oil.

I'm considering removing the checkering and replacing with spray on rubber bedliner for better grip. Can someone recommend a brand of spray on liner and what store carries it, all my crappy tire carries is the kind that turns rock hard when dry, I'm looking for something that will retain the grippiness (sp?) of rubber once it's dry.
Anyways here she is

makes me want to buy a mag grizz but gotta save up for a pistol first.

how do you like the grizz so far, any issues ?

I want removable chokes for the mag fed version

you may want to try just what you said....rubber. Find a sheet of rubber type material in the color, texture you want and cut to fit and use some type super adhesive....with time/patience it could be made to look real good but could f@#k up an already nice shotgun if rushed.

Leave it the way it is, it looks great. Whats the point of covering a wooden stock in rubber? May as well use a synthetic... my 0.02

How do you guys like the Grizzly? Any issues?

I don't have a shotty and would like a 15 or 18".

general opinion seems to be grizz is awesome, and a great deal to boot. I've got a original, and a mag, Love 'em both!

Actually did the wood stock thaink a while ago, I'm frequently changing around the configs between my two grizz's currently mag is stock, and tube fed is in 12.5" barrel with Mesa tactical saddle/rail and red dot
