(that is ust a big attachment to the barrel, not a supressor, altho they do make a supressed one)

What would be neat would be to use that barrel on a pre-1898 rifle and deregister it as an antique. (on previously bubba'd-up rifles only of course)

It would have to be single shot.
There have been reports that the "powers that be" have balked at reclassifying repeating centrefire longarms as single shot.

i think they would make handy ranch/farm rifles. the .45 should take care of most closer pests and wouldnt make that much noise for the neighbours to complain about

There is a company in Australia selling the magazine adaptor and bolt extractor as conversion kits (without the barrel and magazine) from SIA. So I'm not sure why no dealers here have picked these up yet...

hmmmmmm .... :D

interesting. I have a No4 that needs a project :)

cut the bolt back, interesting. :D

I'll call this project no 101, might get to it sometime this decade :(

perhaps a rimmed round, 357 mag, or 44 mag :D just to be different.

The rifles look pretty cool. I like the look alot.............but on the other hand the 303 has to be bubba-ed to get to that stage. Sad to see an enfield being hacked up.......... but if the rifle is in bad shape its fair game.
