Norinco SIG Clone Grips

You can order 228 factory grips from Numrich. That is what I have on my NP-34. Much better. Anything for a 228 should be interchangeable with NP-34 parts. Only some of the internal parts are interchangeable with 226 parts (trigger, hammer, sear, sights, some springs, pins, etc.)
 
I got some walnut grips from Numrich for mine.
It took a little sanding to get the mag in but they look great and were only 25$.
Now they are levying a 25$ fee for shipping to Canada so I'd look into that before ordering.
 
In reading some ads, it looks like Hogue says the same grips fit 226 and 228. Some ads don't say this. Please advise. In the pictures, it looks to me the only difference between 226 and 228 is shorter slidfe/barrel. i thoght grips were the same.

In that case order 2 sets and sell one here.
 
Above poster is correct re 226/228 differences. A quick trip to the web will tell you all you need to know just by looking at the different product numbers for the same grip style...

That's what I did and is why i am confused. Some ads for grips list it fitting the 226 and 228, but other s do not. i was trying to find out who was right. Thanks to you guys, now I know.

Shot my new Norsig today. Excellent sight picture and very nice trigger, which may even get better with shooting. Accuracy looks promising. Surprized - shocked at how light it is.

I weighed some guns to see what they weigh empty. pounds and ounces.

aRE THERE ANY OTHER MODEL sig THAT USE THE SAME GRIPS AS THE 228? I ask becasue the ads I see show a number of different modesl using same grips, and some include the 226. i want to be able to see which ad is correct so i get ones that will fit.
