Has anyone ordered a Glock from Sporteque before? How was your experience?

I'm pretty particular, and am looking to purchase a Glock that meets the following criteria:

- has NEVER been disassembled
- has never left the case (never handled, or put on display)

Anyone know if this is the case with Sporteque's Glocks?

Good service there. Mr. Ward is a good guy to deal with, i have bought mags and a couples of accessories there, good price too.

I'm just curious as to why this is important to you? We have one customer who won't even let a staff member handle a new gun that we open in front of him so we can confirm the serial number when he buys it. He wears gloves and handles the gun only with gloves on and reads the serial number to us. If the pistol is shipped to you without the retailer ever opening the box then they had no way of confirming what was in the box or what serial number is on the gun. You would be suprised of the number of incorrect serial numbers that are recorded wrong on the outside of the box and don't match the gun inside. Do you ever expect to shoot the gun or is this for a collection? Phil.

I've dealt with Tony a few times, he's a good guy.

As far as
- has NEVER been disassembled
- has never left the case (never handled, or put on display)

Unless you pick it off the assembly line, it would be hard to garantee. But as far as his Glocks are concerned, he doesn't have a display case for restricted.

pretty good service i would do business with them anytime.

if you ask they probably could have some that :
-has NEVER been disassembled

but this
- has never left the case (never handled, or put on display)

would be almost impossible since verification of serial number, custom even at the factory.

All Glock packages coming from Sporteque are directly imported from Glock in Austria. There no SMYRNA GA on it, it's the Ges.Mbh model. Also there is 3 mags in every glock package they sell (but no cable lock).

I don't mean never ever touched by a human hand! LOL!!

I meant 'has never been on display', where customers got to handle them and dry fire them etc, and they sat in a display case. I have never had good luck with display models. They have always had marks, or dings, on them.

Sporteque doesnt even have a displayer. They have 1 glock they keep in the safe so that people can handle it, but all the other ones are new in box. Mine was plastic wrapped in the box.

Is that for G17's as well?

Anyone know what the difference would be between one made in the USA and one made in Austria? I thought they were all made in Smyrna, Georgia.
