Yeah a video would be sweet. But I think an 1897 Trench gun clone would be a better one. Especially if it came with a bayonet.

It's like collect the set from cereal boxes, but so much cooler!

I've already got my trench gun:cool: so the 1887 and outlaw are definitely on the list

im looking for an ETA on an Outlaw firing video!
Also an ETA for arrival to market of 1887 clone ;)

Hooooooo. A video or two would rock my world

just to get it out there again whats the ETA on the 1887's? Not that I'm impatient, as rent is due so I dont have the money now anyway. Id just like some idea of how many penny's a day I have to save.. Approx.

BTW CanAm, You're the greatest!

I called them a few days back and was told they're selling fast, stock due to run out by summer at latest? In any event - canam, you rock my world!

Screw the trench gun seen lots of videos of those being used, I'd love to see one of the outlaw detonating both barrels.

Anyone?

I just ordered mine today, I was going to get the backpacker and changed my mind thank god.

Cant wait

I bought the Grizzly a few months back and certainly have no regrets about that. Shipment was first rate - speedy, just how I like it!

I ordered two Outlaws two days ago (one for a buddy). Can't wait to set it off on a ripe watermelon!!! I think I'll hold off on the "both barrels at once" thing though.

Well, I'm not having much luck with this shipment. $99 Tok issues, then this.

Took the single out to the Malahat this afternoon. Used Wallyworld Winchester #5 shot to blast some stationary clays on the hillside. Second round the forestock came loose and I had to click it back into place. This happened several times afterwards in spite of taking it down and putting it back together again. Then in the middle of about 30 rounds, started getting light primer strikes (they would then fire after the second or third attempt).

I have not taken the whole trigger assembly apart (not my bag) but I'll try to clean and spray where I can to see if gunk is the issue with the light strikes. As for the forestock, don't know...I await the I Told You So contingent and I'll be contacting CanAm for his advice.

Could be the cold on any residual oil if there was much left, and you were outside?

The forend issue shouldn't be a biggie to deal with.

light strikes could be the ammo having hard primers. I had the same problem with cheap winchester ammo from wally world.

It's the cold weather.

Happened to my 22lr before. First shoots fine, then the oil start acting up. Eventually no fire at all.

It could be the "forearm maintainer" just needs an adjustment.http://www.tradeexcanada.com/index.php?option=com_paxgallery&task=view&gid=9&iid=4184

Nothing can't be fixed with a can of beer.....

Drink the beer first, then watch TV for 2 hours.

Cut small strip of aluminum off the empty can, put it in front of the "tongue" right under the barrels. Put the forearm on.

Should solve the forearm problem.
