Foxpro Electronic Calls - Who sells in Canada?

Build your own for 100.00 dollars.

You might be able to build a decent electronic call for $100 but it won't be a foxpro.
I got mine from Redfrog, Cabela's Canada might have em, but you can also (or at least could) order directly from Foxpro.

I had 2 foxes this year come right up to the call and sniff it, one died and the other was lucky as he was 2 days out of season (that was yesterday) he actually hung out near the call for about 2 minutes and then wandered off and watched it from a hedgerow for about 20 minutes. I also have the Jack in the box decoy which runs off the call.

No Coyotes yet this year but I will be hitting them hard the next 2 months.

Yes that is correct, get a fox pro it is the only caller that will work.

there are some great plans online for building your own and there are other brands out there that will allow you to downloads different sounds etc.

I just like my Foxpro, the remote will operate my decoy, it is good for longer distances than I will ever use it, very loud but you can get external speakers for it and it is very tough. I beat it around my truck all fall and winter.

Most home brews do not have a remote which is capable of quickly switching up sounds.

thats because most people dont know you can use a wireless mic jack like the ones they use for television. plug your mp3 player into the one unit and plug your speaker into the other unit. you now have a wireless caller ;)

Gylar...

Yes, Red Frog Outfitters in Alberta has the FX3's going for $499....32 custom sounds loaded

Thanks for tip...don't think I can drop that much cash

I couldn't afford one either but I looked around my gun room and realized I had guns that were never being used or little used. So my little Ruger 44 carbine, ended up financing my foxpro. I use it a lot.

I do however miss the little ruger but I was never going to use it.

I got my Fx3 from Jim @ Redfrog, he is great to deal with

I got my Fx5 from a sports store in central BC.

Both are great units, but the remote on my Fx5 is wicked, I dont think I could go back to the Fx3!!!
