How much are they usually. I meant to say, I just want the best price I can get. I want to try out my new charging Rhino targets at the range

probably lookin at $2-4 each. So a box of 5 will be 10 - 20 bucks.

I could only find them at one store near me. 20$ a box. I am not made of money, I might have to stick to regular slugs in my riffled barrel

I have no idea why there are these completely outrages prices for some of these slugs. I guess the promise of a "better longer range killer" bullet markets itself quite well and people are ready to pay these outlandish prices.

Plain old slugs work just fine.

Is it a smoothbore or rifled barrel.

If it's a smoothbore, don't waste your money, the sabot slugs are designed for a rifled barrel.

I have a 20 inch, riffled barrel.

Regular foster type slugs work in rifled barrels. Sure sabots are "designed" for rifle barrels, but fosters will also grab in the rifling and work fine. They do not have the range of the sabots though.
