Older Python

Any one have an idea of what an older python is worth serial #6###? I'd say 95% royal blue. Some wear under the lug and a bit on each side of the front of the barrel. Worst is a little bit of rust on the crane. Also front sight has been notched at the point where the insert is. It belonged to a bullseye shooter. original full checkered grips.
Also how do you go about selling to the US? Any thoughts much appreciated. David

People love Pythons

Sight unseen, a Colt Python in 95% condition, in working order is worth at least a thousand dollars. Pythons are very desireable and collectable and none will ever be made again.
Up the ante with Nickel and a lower serial number and the price goes up from there.

Because of the rust/marks/wear it is going to be a bit less, probably in the $800 range and if it has a 6" barrel. If it is a prohib, then a good bit less.

The value of that gun in the US (6") is going to be max $1000.
