Question about VZ-58

I've been thinking about getting one later this year. I'd like to do it up like this one pictured here.

Now for you guys out there who already own them, which model would be ideal to get? I've heard good things about both the VZ-858 and VZ-58S. Other than the one model being restricted, what are the advantages in design and manufacturing of choosing one over the other?

Also, does anyone know which models of optic and tactical light are pictured above? I'd like to copy it as closely as possible right down to the plastic handguards. I've been looking online at various sites but can't come up with a source for any of these.

I've got a scout mount and a Dr. Optik on mine. Love the setup. Rock solid and a reliable optic (thus far).

Not at the moment. I'm thinking of taking off the excess metal that hangs out over the front of the handguard so I never have to remove the optic again. I guess I could take a picture before I start mutilating the rail.
I should've saved my test targets from the weekend also...
