Turkey Gun

Hey some input would be great.

I want a turkey gun, in camo, pump.

Still not 100% sold on 3.5 inch, but that's probably the way i'll go.

Right now i'm thinking either the Mossberg 535 or 835, but i'm not even sure on what their differences are.

Any help would be super.

3" always seems to pattern better for me over the 3.5". I have tried many brands and the 3" wins each time.

Same here,i have good luck with the Federal 3" #5's.

i have a mossy 535 turke gun with the 22 inch barrel it has the scope mount option and three and a half inch shells .the nice thing is you do not have t use the three and a half if you choice not to the gun will shot all loads with no problems .i love this gun i put the scope on it for turkeys and ues three and a half inch fedarels numbver 5s wow it killes them stone dead .then in goose season i shoot three inch steel in other chokes works great and you can not beat the price my870 sits in the safe well the 535 gets a work out DUTCH

I figured i would go with 3.5 because i won't be limited to shell size (until one day they make a 3.75 or 4 shell)
But i still have no idea what the diff between the 535 and 835 is.
I know the 835 is over bored to 10 gauge, but i have no idea what that means.

Mossberg 535 tactical turckey 3 1/2 incher. Love this shot gun!! Smooth light and very comfortable to shoulder.
