Ok, because it seems most of the people on here have never watched star wars, picked up on the intense sarcasm in the ad, or figured out the pictures posted afterwards....

For the fun police out there - this is a FAKE ad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a jawa blaster made for star wars. George lucas based all of his first three movies' props on cheap surplus ww2 guns, which he then spraypainted and glued various bits onto.

Yeesh.

(and yes, I know N0rdo, and can guarantee he would never sell something like that if he did own one, and if he did, I would have bought it before letting any of you get your greasy little paws on it:p:p:p)

WTS Slightly sporterized No.1 MkIII* SMLE Enfield

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yet another bubba'd SMLE on the blocks...

This one has a few minor alterations to the stock, barrel and muzzle. I'm afraid I don't have very much information on this rifle as I was not the one who sporterized it, but rather simply purchased it off a rather small and shady fellow with an appearant fetish for brown cloaks.

I've only put a couple of rounds through it, and it shoots great. It's a little hard to aim as the front and rear sights no longer exist. The bore is a little crusty, and has red carbon deposits around the chamber and feeding path. The muzzle alteration gives the gun a "constipated-bull" kind of sound with each trigger pull. It's rather quite amusing.

I figure i'd let it go for a couple thousand icelandic kronas or perhaps even a few Pygmy Possum pelts if anyone should have some lying around.

Here are some pics:

Thank-you for your time.

Heh heh heh:p

Yup, that one got me smiling early this morning :)

Quite the ad isn't it?

That's got to be one those smoke dischargers, similar to the ones used on a Bren Carrier.

Personally the thing makes me a bit nervous...if it was legally deactivated it might make a nice wallhanger but under our laws etc etc...

I don’t think it's legally deactivated, he was saying in the ad "I've only put a couple of rounds through it, and it shoots great."

Ow!

stop teasin the fudds, you'll give someone a stroke.

I'm pretty sure he thought people would figure it out... that or the strict trade only policy for pygmy possum pelts and the soon to be defunct icelandic kronar.... :D

Lets get some more pics of the Princesses Leia...

Well, I found them here..... it's pretty weird.... turn on your speakers for the full effect:eek::weird:

Ayep, t'was a hoax thread. Figured i'd put on the clown costume and be a jackarse this morning...must have been the redbull.

I was hoping that H Wally and others would get a kick out of it, hehe- but I was surprised at how some people took me seriously (and i'm PRETTY sure they weren't kidding). :p

Amazing how many milsurps were used in those movies. Funny how I didn't pick up on it before.
