I saw a vertical grip with a bi-pod built into it, and I sorta fell in love with the idea. I found the one on Questar, for 149.99. Does anyone have any experience with this one, or any other vertical grip with built in Bi-pod?
Or anyone know where I can get a nice vertical grip, doesnt really need to have a bi-pod built in, I have a rifle rest anyways.

I was looking at a bunch of those, I found the one made by FAB is the nicest and as bonus it has a flashlight built into it or if you prefer they also make one with out the light. http://www.zahal.org/FAB/TPODSL-Tpodspeedlight.htm

I have yet to order one because I would like to hold one in my hand first, just to make sure it's not going to be to short for my hand. All grips I have ever held seem to short for me and I don't have huge hands.

Forgot to mention, which ever grip you decide on look it up on youtube.
There is a whack load of videos about tactical gear reviews (and the links I posted are also on youtube.com)

they often go by the name 'Gripods/GripPods', in case you want to google the masses.

Kind of ugly TBH, but I can see the utility ;)

You can get cheap Chinese clones on e-bay. Like everything esle you get what you pay for, but they are cheap and don't work too badly. The problem I find with them is they are very long and not as good or as versatile as a regular bipod.

IMHO its a bit of a gimmick with limited real value.
