Troy M14 chassis

Thanks for the information on the Troy I ordered a dark earth one today hope it comes in soon.
Can you uses the CCA G27 grip on it?

the troy's "weight" problem is only felt while you are standin there playing with the rifle...... when you put her on target and start trying to pull off .308 double taps..... you will come to be very fond of that forward weight..... it's there for a reason.

Would the extra weight be a downfall when used in combination with a muzzle brake?

I tried mine few weeks ago and I have a sei brake, it makes a very different rifle to shoot. Nearly no muzzle climb and very low recoil. Tips the scale at 14.5 pounds and add 2 more with the scope.

With a very short barrel it might be more handy, but with the stock barrel it throws off the balance to the front way too much to do any offhand shooting with it.
