funny, i didn't know what this was for a long time! , but I just kept quite until I figured it out

As everyone else has eluded to: "Sold Pending Funds".... Which means the item is technically sold, and that the seller is just waiting for receipt of funds. Personally, I put this on my ads so they don't get removed in the interim - as the sale really isn't confirmed until funds are actually in hand.
