Does anybody in Canada own all original 1891 Mosin?

There is or was an original M1891 MN in the Citadel Museum in Halifax. Original sights, sling swivels and no hg. Cannot recall about the finger rest.

That finger rest was only featured on the very early Chatellerault production. It was omitted on the following lots and the slot filled with a wooden piece on the already inletted stocks.

I just sent a Lebel rear sight to some dude in the states. He is going to mock up an early M91, and the Lebel sight is a close match. It even fits the Mosin base.
