Just did up some deer chops on the BBQ tonight for dinner. Tasty..
Nothing special, only cooked them about 7 mins overall and they were about medium-rare to medium cooked.. next time I'll cut it down to 6 min total.
no sauce, no marinate, just pure meat.
I ate it with a side of home made yam french fries. I deep fry them with pan of olive oil (not a deep fryer) then throw them in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up a little.

) sweet taters and asparagus all done on the BBQ. She doesn't get much wild game so I knew she would love it and the meal was amazing. Just a little spice in the morning and cook to med rare and enjoy with a nice dry red. Of coarse you must marinate yourself with a couple of cold ones while they are on the grill
