Winchester Model 70 Pre 64 Supergrade

An there's just something I love about classic cartridges. I hate seeing a 300 H&H converted or someone butchering a 7x57. Just wrong somewhere deep down.

Clearly the pre-'64 M-70 does not create the fervor in Canada that it does south of the border. The Blue Book states that the value of this rifle is double the price of the standard grade within caliber. A standard grade .300 H&H runs $575-$2000, therefore the Super Grade would be $1150-$4000. If there is paper work that supports that the rifle was re-chambered by Weatherby, that could actually increase the value of the rifle, otherwise I agree it would devalue it. If you are only going to get journeyman prices for this rifle in Canada and you really want to sell it, list it on an American site.
