I recently purchased a rail for my Tavor and when I was removing the barrel I broke a piece on my Tavor. I sent Chris an email which was replied to very quickly. He told me while he was in Israel he would pick the broken part up for me. So when he got back he quickly asked me for my serial number of my Tavor and my mailing address. A couple days later the part arrived. I never even had to pay anything for it even though it was my fault the part broke. I then had trouble trying to figure out how to remove the broken part and put the new one in. He gave me detailed instructions on how to do it. Fixed it all up and its good as new now. I can't believe how much customer service and satisfaction mean to these guys. I got responses in literally minutes from them. I don't think I have ever dealt with any business this good. Good work Chris and Mark you will get tons more of my business in the future.

PS I want another Tavor and maybe a micro Tavor with 9mm conversion :D

My Tavor had a couple very minor issues that required a couple of replacement parts. I contacted Chris while he was in Israel (perfect timing), and he liberated the parts I needed...I just received them in the mail on Friday, and I'll be installing them this week...

Couldn't ask for better customer service than that...
 
Yeah, I've found that CanadaAmmo has very good customer service. Other than the whole waiting thing which seems to have been brought on by these pistols everybody wants, they're top notch. And I can understand that, seeing as they must have quite the backlog.
 
Yep,

Chris has helped me out too when he didn't have to.

He got me a sale item from Cabelas when they wouldn't ship it to Canada.

To all the impatient ones...

Sure we are waiting for the T-97s...but that is customs and RCMP not Canada Ammo's fault.

AND....if it weren't for Canada Ammo we would NOT even be getting them.

Im sure Can-am will remove this post soon. I ordered the $99 pistol in late December.
I just received it the other day around March 12.

Now thats service 3 months for a pistol they have in stock. I can only imagine when I will get my type-97.
 
Then cancel your Type-97 order so mine will get here sooner. I think Can-Am is great for the simple fact that they are importing a kickass liberal-panty-wetting bullpup rifle in the price range of the average joe. I don't mind waiting for it. And the $99 9mm...I'm tempted to get one simply for bragging purposes.

You could have cancelled your order and picked one up from one of the other sponsors.

Oh wait, you wanted in on the great $99 deal.

Then you should just STFU and be a big boy and deal with it. CanAm is working hard to get you these types of deals and sh*t heads like you, love his prices but isn't prepared to put up a little patience to wait for it.
 
I got the $99 pistol. Sure I waited a bit, but it came a couple weeks ago and looks great. IT IS A $99 PISTOL! - go somewhere else and get another $99 9mm pistol if you don't like shopping at CanAm - oh wait, there aren't any. I am not a paid advertiser, but I get tired of people complaining about taking a couple months to get a gun for next to nothing. Whaaat - are they supposed to give away the guns for $1 and send them overnight shipping to you for a better deal? Give the guy a break!

all your arguments are weak. The fact that no one else is importing it or the fact the price is low is no excuse for bad service and long waits .if you argument was logical then our healthcare system is fine. "sure it has bad service , no competition and long waits. But it is cheap".

I certainly hope you are not drawing some sort of analogy between waiting for an MRI and the T97. :eek:
 
i cant see how every one can justify paying interest on some thing they dont have then being happy aboiyt getting d!cked around for monthes when u order some thing ,its funny i ordered some thing from arms east and what happened you guest it they shipped it to me the same week oh my god isint that freakin amazing.

That is such a crazy concept. That could revolutionize the retail world.
Pay for an item and then receive it in a timely fashion. WOW what an original concept.

You had every right and all the time to cancel your order and purchase elsewhere, yet you didn't. Why? Because you knwo the price is right and the product is what you want. So this tells me that you were willing to wait for it rather than paying a higher price elsewhere. So why ##### about it? And don't compare this to our healthcare, we don't have an alternative option like you do with the Norinco.
