Marlin bases...what rings should I use?

this is for my XL7 in 30.06 with an Elite 3200 3-9x40.

I believe he only wants to know about the rings since that rifle comes with Weaver stye bases.

that's right, I have the bases...I don't have the rings. looking for suggestions for what I should consider to work with those bases.

I am actually looking for rings for the the exact rifle. Do you think there is a big difference between the Leupold rings and other steel rings ???? Or do we pay a lot because of the name.

I paid $40-ish for the rings at wholesale in the fall. Love them! A pair on the 22 and 308.
