Hello, this is my first time posting , i am just new to guns and i have been getting into rifle, skeet, and handguns, its alot of info at once, i am trying to stay up to date but one question i have to ask is i am thinking of getting a leapers scope for my norinco m14 , i like the swat looking one and i just want to know what size, and strenght of sight , if that makes any sense , what scope would work good for me (i hope to put it on a marstar seethru sight rail) thanks and i hope this will be the first of many posts.

My favorite scope that does not break the budget, but allows you to enjoy the addiction is the Bushnell Elite 3200 10X Mildot scope, around $ 225ish plus taxes and shipping. I've got one right now and I'm thinking of getting a second... :nest:

I agree x2

Falcon Menace 4-14 x 44mm is my bad boy.

For what you pay, it is almost as clear as my Leupold MR/T, fantastic build and features.

The only drawback is it is less forgiving with the eye relief. You have to have your cheek weld bang on.

You really can't go wrong with one, around $400-$450ish.

i was thinking about in the 100-199 dollar range, my other question was about the strength of the scope, how far and how accurate at 100 yards or 200 yards will this scope be?((((Leapers 1.5-6x44 Swat Scope with 30mm Tube, lockable target turrets, see thru lens covers, side parallax adjustment, & Mil Dot Cross hair. Built on the True Strength Platform $149.99)))will this work good on the m14?

Turns out I have a friend who has been attending dog shows with the wife of the owner of Leupold for years. I am waiting to find out what the "friendship" price might be on a Leupold Mark 4 LRT M3. That might turn out to be the best scope for the money. :)
