Leupold MK 2 Tactical Line

Just wondering if anyone has had an opportunity to try any of the Leupold MK 2 line of tactical scopes? How do they stack up to VX-3 and MK 4 lines? Any input quite welcome!
The Mark 2 line is a variation of the VX II lince. The externals are changed somewhat with blacked out rings (instead of gold) but the internals are virtually the same. They are offered in additional retilces like mildots. Phil.
