remington 1100 question

Is $650.00 to much to pay for a Remington 1100 LT 20 gauge with 26 in barrel. The gun is in out of the box condition.

Does it have screw in chokes ? If fixed choke the price is high.

In fact apon thinking a little more about it. if it is in new condition, being 20G and much harder to come by in 20G. I would buy it if I found it on a rack at that price.
