Recall a story related by a PEI fox farmer:
The nice Tourist Lady from the Big City, fresh-in from her Cavendish tour of Green Gables and everything "Anne" inquired about all the cute little foxes she saw in their cages with their beautiful fur " How many times a year do you pelt them ? "
The fox fur farmer replied " Just once, but it makes them madder n' hell when we do ! "

Its strange but every butcher I have ever known can quote Genesis 1:26 tio 28 off by heart.
