Hello,
this might be close to impossible, I am really interested in getting this particular model, SW 325 TR ( 45acp revolver) unfortunately it only comes with a 4"inch bbl. (prohibited in Can.) What are the chances for a special order for 4.25- 5" bbl version. ? or a bbl lenght just to make as a restricted.

you might have to order it direct... but if there is a chance to buy it off of a canadian dealer "md charleton" is your best bet I am thinking. give them a call

I called and wrote etc S&W about getting a 4.25-4.5 inch 329 PD in 44 mag. They told me sure, but a minimum order of 200 units would be required and the price would be increased by roughly double for a special run. That was a year ago.

It's too bad that a ton of nice revolvers are 1/4 inch too short for us Canuks....there are literally dozens of nice guns out there just shy of our stupid laws.

Funny, Lew Horton used to get custom length S&W's every year and they certainly weren't twice the price of regular guns. Maybe it's a Canuckistan thing. - dan
