On April 17 & 18,2009 Club de Tir de Montreal (CTM) and Club de Tir Ville St.Pierre (CTVSP) are coming together to Take Aim at Cancer.
This will be a Level 2 IPSC match sanctioned by IPSC QC with 8 stages, 4 stages at CTM and 4 stages at CTVSP.
ALL the match fees of $50 per competitor will be donated to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation and we will ensure that each competitor will receive a tax receipt for a donation of $50.
The match information, as well as the letter of invite and the registration forms are posted on both the following website :
www.crafm.com
www.ctvsp.com
We look forward to your support for this important event.
Seeing that the match will be taking place at 2 clubs, we will be requiring everyone shooting the match to volunteer at least 2 hours of work(RO, CRO, patching, resetting steel, painting steel, etc.... -- you know the drill), as well as set-up crews and tear-down crews.
As far as tear-down crews are concerned, regardless of where you are a member, if you shoot on the last squad of the day on Saturday at a club where you are not a member, you will be expected to participate and help out on the tear-down.
Shooting half a match is NOT permitted and your score will not be posted, the match must be shot in its entirety in order for your score to count and be posted.
Thanking you all in advance,
The Match Directors
(Frank Nardi & Henri Cardinal)
