SKS D/M wood Stock build up

we used a chiniese wood stock, the things you will need in this order:

Heirloom
steelwhool "fine"
Paint thiner
Stain "of your choice"
Wood finish/Stain finish


here are some pictures, mind you I did not take pictures of the filling in on the stock but i will add more detailed pictures after

once you remove the #### lacker the chinese stock has on it you actually begin to like the wood that the stock is made of.

we had to use a some carving tools to open up the magazine area, and some wood filler for the bayonet slit but all in all about three days of work
