Does anyone know of a dealer or individual selling the leapers UTG mount for the M14...the one that replaces the handguard? Fabsport's website says they are out of stock, thanks

Email sent to frontier, thanks. Marstar does not list this product in their site. The Canadian distributor for Leapers couldn't help me.... air-gun store. The problem with google searching it is that every US distributor either will not ship anything to Canada or it is listed as a scope mount....I have had no luck ordering anything scope or mount or rings related from the states...havn't even got to the point of saying is was (wink, wink) for an M1A and not a M14.
I put this in this section to vent some frustration with the DOS rules and to get some idea for the folks who sell such things in Canada that maybe they can bypass the US and bring such items direct from the source.
 
Check back with Fabsports from time to time. I seem to remember it being out of stock before and being re-stocked.

but you have to stay on top of the guy there to ship it, other than that no problems, you save a bunch of cash too, I think mine was about $90 shipped ($110 Canadian)
 
Okay, I did some leg work on this rail mounting system and Questar is willing to bring them in for 120 bucks + shipping and taxes. If anyone is interested let me know becasue I want to order one but if others are also looking for one then we should do it all at once. Hurry before they cannot import them anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
ummmm in my queries..... the UTG tri rail or leapers rail for the M14..... is in fact an airsoft item...... and can be imported as such. It is not an m1a or m14 part as it was designed for a toy gun. It happens to work very well on the real deal as many of us have found out ;)
this is why sellers on ebay are not being hassled for advertising and selling this item to canadians..... or so i have been told. Ebay has been cracking down hard core on u.s. sellers who list "shipping to canada" as an option for any controlled item...... especially gun parts..... which by manufacture..... the leapers utg tri rail is not a gun part.

mine came landed for 89.00 and 11.00 at the door, from the u.s. with a customs declaration stating it as an airsoft part, which in fact it is , it was inspected, had u.s. customs approval and cbsa approval and evidence of package search.
 
OMG!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the info, I will have to search ebay right now then. If you have the seller listed somewhere please post it here or PM me as I really want to get my new scope mounted up with bipod.
 
FABSPORTS HAS THEM :D .... I got an email from Fabrice today about it. They were going to send me another one, but they forgot that I already had my order filled.

i would have bought from fabrice but i needed one for a build last minute. I have an account with omega so i get a 20% discount.
i too have heard that fabsports now has them in again
 
I bought one thru the US some where in NY state and ordered and shipped to Ottawa cost was 69 US plus all the other fees. still was under 100 CDN. So far so good as I mounted an EO Tech red dot and rifle is holding .500 inch group at 25m
